Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you, and supplies for your event are ordered. 
  • Orders canceled 7 days or more before your event, are eligible for a 75% deposit refund.
  • If an order is canceled less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

We proudly provide decor for southern California. However, we are available to travel out of state for large events. Please fill out the following inquiry form for more information.

Deposits are 75% refundable if seven (7) days' notice of cancelation is given. For more information, look at the "Cancellation Policy" above.

Event set up dates and times are first booked first serve. To avoid disappointment of not having your event date or items available, we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue.
